1. CASELES's Responsibility:

lf our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a returnto our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.Once we receive the item, we will resend for free a replacementat our expense. This solution is only when CASELES is responsible for shipping the wrong item/ size

2.Customer's responsibility.

Incorrect order/size of item
lf the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsiblefor the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) foran exchange. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable. Because of the expensive shipping fee, our company will have abetter solution to this problem. Please contact our email: support @caseles.com to get a better solution

Unwanted item
lf the customer decides that they no longer want the item orsimply want to exchange the item, they can report this to uswithin 60 davs of receiving the product for a partial refund of thep roduct cost.
If you want to return the item, please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving the order at support@caselescom. If you have discovered our fault, please take pictures of the defected, or wrong case sent to you and attach them to the initial email with an explanation.

WARNING: Personalized products are one of a kind and has been manufactured only for you. Therefore we can not exchange or refund any customized products under any circumstances unless the product has a manufacturer's defect.
We do not issue refunds if you do not provide a reason for returning the item or send it back without contacting us first.

When the refund arrives, we will issue the refund to your PayPal or return it to your credit card via the original route within 48 hours after receiving your return delivery label.

Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method you used when placing your order.

Please consider that all the shipping expenses for returning the item remain the responsibility of the customer.

The returned product must not be used and should be sent to us in its original packaging.

Please write “RETURNED ITEM” on the packaging so that certain misunderstandings could be avoided.
